To ensure that everyone on the project  has their RAMS readily available and to hand the site has implemented a QR code system. On approval RAMS are converted to a PDF and uploaded to a webpage where a unique QR code is generated specific to that PDF. This is easily scannable using a smartphone, this takes up virtually no space...
